* The maximum room size is 350 square feet for $55. This means we will clean a room for $55 if it has less square footage than 350. You can not combine rooms that a square footage is less than 400 sq ft together for $55.

** Halls less than 125 square feet for $35

*** Sectionals over 14 ft are charged $10 extra per foot

Please vacuum and pick up items on the carpet. Our process is low moisture and we usually work around furniture. If you want the furniture moved, please move before we get there.
